Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Monica, highlighting a lack of professionalism in service. One customer, John, notes that the booking agent was familiar with him from a previous phone call, which raised concerns about privacy and record-keeping. Although he mentions having received decent service for the money, this was overshadowed by his decision not to use the service again due to the uncomfortable experience. The absence of positive feedback indicates a troubling trend, with no clear strengths or redeeming qualities mentioned. Overall, the reviews reflect a negative sentiment towards Monica, primarily driven by issues related to service and customer privacy.
