Never used this agency before and started to see some good reviews about VA's best. Was trying to decide between Kay and Jewel, went with Jewel cause she two reviews and Kay had none. Went through the screening process and setup of appointment was relatively easy through email. Got to the hotel, emailed my arrival and it went downhill from there.
