Reviewers express disappointment with Jess, highlighting a significant discrepancy between expectations and reality. The initial appeal came from an attractive girl featured in the Backpage ad, which prompted a quick response from Jess when contacted. However, upon arrival, customers find that the girl present does not match the images advertised, leading to dissatisfaction. While the prompt communication is noted as a positive aspect, the overall experience is marred by the misleading representation of services. This lack of authenticity contributes to a negative perception of the company. Overall, the sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, with consumers feeling misled and dissatisfied.
