Janelle is a beauty of a spinner. About 100 lbs. as advertised. Took a few calls to catch her -- she told me later she suffers from insomnia, so when she actually does fall asleep at odd hours, she can sleep right through the phone ringing. Anyway, she was working not far from me, so I took the plunge. Standard two-call system. When I got there, a true beauty welcomed me.
