Saw ad on BP and gave a call, no answer. Got a call back and got hotel name and location, once arrive got room number. I was greeted by a girl who looked similar but wasn't the girl in the photo. Nice girl, but not the experience as posted. YMMV

Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Niya, highlighting issues with communication and service. One customer, GRAIL009, reports an unresponsive phone line, indicating a lack of timely customer support. Although there was a call back providing hotel details, the experience was marred by the disappointment of being greeted by a different girl than expected. This mismatch raises concerns about the reliability of the service. Overall, the absence of positive feedback suggests that customers are left frustrated and dissatisfied with their experience. The overwhelming negative sentiment indicates that Niya has considerable room for improvement in both customer service and product delivery.
