Was lucky enough to see Kacey the day before she left the area. She is based in Richmond but normally comes through NOVA on her way back and forth from New York. Was difficult to get in touch (did not answer texts or calls), but I was finally able to make an appointment later in the evening. Arrived at a mid-level hotel and was provided the room number. She is definitely the girl in the pictures--a young, Caucasian spinner. She was the tiniest thing I ever had but it was all business-like and non-GFE. VIPs read on.

Cute girl, very young looking (but definitely over 18), it took her a long time to text back. When she did, it was a typical two-call system at a mid-to-low-range motel. Services delivered, but will not repeat because there's definitely better out there.
