First time, but very easy to schedule with Brit. Great residential area north of Richmond. She has three SMALL dogs which were NO issue. I would characterize her as a mid-west farm girl type. She is a real sweet heart and want you to feel better walking out than walking in. Pics are accurate but I would say a little old. She was also taller than I expected which was not a probelm. Brit is easy to get a hold of. Being my first time with her she asks that you call instead of text, which I did. She didnt answer but called back in about 5 minutes. She was a little gruff on the phone but simple set up to see her within the hour. I got basic directions and had to call again once I was close. The private residence is basic and the neighborhood seemed quiet. The pictures of her are NOT of her - not even close. That was sort of disappointing but she was pretty sweet so I decided to stay. I would say this was a one time stop.
