This lady is a pure courtesan who is located in the Norfolk, VA area. What can one say? Rio is the consumate courtesan. She takes her 'role' seriously, she understands there is an art to what she does, and she is very good at it. After visiting this site, I had high expectations for our evening, they were met and exceeded. Rio is an ultimate experience for the true gentleman, those who can appreciate her well rounded talents.
