Avoid this girl. It is a bad situation that will only result in trouble and you don't want to be caught up in it. I called to setup an appointment and it took several calls to get there since the directions were poor. I get there and it is a small no name hotel on the wrong side of the tracks in Manassass. Call for the room number and as I walk in to the hotel there is some young guy walking around the outside of the hotel and he says what's up as I walk by him. I get the the room, she is living in the hotel and there is all this personal stuff all around. She is young and cute, but clueless. She is smoking and doesn't seem to care that it bothers me, she takes some more time to check her phone while she finishes the cig. Fast forward 15-20 minutes later, someone is pounding on the door and then starts shouting. It is her bf/fiance (the guy I saw outside) and I have no idea what his problem is. I go to the bathroom with my stuff and then leave as fast as possible. Needless to say the bf is overseeing her, they are not discrete, and they are going to end up in trouble. VIPs get more details.

Reviewers express significant disappointment with Brittany, highlighting a stark contrast between the appealing online images and the actual experience. While some describe the staff as "cute" and "young," this does not compensate for the overall dissatisfaction. Customers report a frustrating appointment setup process, noting that it often requires multiple calls to reach someone. The reviews suggest a lack of professionalism and a troubling atmosphere, with one reviewer explicitly advising others to avoid certain staff members. The hotel environment is also mentioned, but it fails to meet expectations set by the promotional material. Overall, Brittany receives negative feedback, with consumers feeling misled and dissatisfied with their experiences.
