Two-call system which can sometimes be OK but sometimes the owner/manager doesn't pick up the phone when you get to the location. I've had mixed results with sometimes having to wait 10-15 minutes extra and sometimes having to wait so long that I just left. Rebecca is one of the providers at this location and this was the second time I've seen her. The first time was OK and I was hoping the second time might be better, but it turned out to be worse. I will not repeat with Rebecca and I may not repeat with anyone from this agency since their customer service has really gone downhill. VIPs read on . . .

Reviewers express mixed experiences with Rebecca, highlighting a two-call system that can lead to inconsistent service. While some customers appreciate the concept of the two-call approach, they often encounter issues with wait times and the owner's availability upon arrival. One reviewer notes that there can be a significant delay, suggesting possible double booking, which contributes to frustration. Additionally, there are complaints about the owner or manager not answering the phone when customers arrive at the location, leading to further dissatisfaction. Overall, while there are glimpses of potential in the service model, the recurring issues with timing and accessibility overshadow any positive aspects. The sentiment leans towards negative, reflecting the challenges faced by consumers.
