Reviews for Neenah present a mixed picture, with equal parts positive and negative feedback. Some customers appreciate the ease of communication, noting that the staff is nice and responsive on the phone. One reviewer highlights a positive experience with a late-night call, indicating that Neenah is accessible and accommodating. However, there are complaints regarding the accuracy of the promotional materials, as one customer found the pictures outdated and the actual experience larger than expected, leading to disappointment. This inconsistency in representation seems to be a common concern among reviewers. Overall, while some find value in the service, others feel let down by misleading information. The sentiment is mixed, reflecting both satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
