Reviewers express a mixed experience with Indica, noting a lack of availability and responsiveness from staff. One customer describes a frustrating situation where they had to navigate a "three call system," only to find that no one was available to assist them. Despite the inconvenience, the reviewer mentions that the staff member they eventually reached was willing to help by inviting them to come over. However, the overall sentiment reflects dissatisfaction due to the delays and communication issues. The absence of clear positives in the reviews suggests that improvements in staff availability and responsiveness could enhance customer experiences. Overall, the sentiment leans towards a need for better service.
