We're all about transparency. Providers and establishments can't pay to alter or remove reviews from Top Ten Reviews.
Reviewers express disappointment with Lela, highlighting a lack of transparency regarding the appearance of the service provider. One customer, noobish813, notes that the provider did not match her picture, which led to dissatisfaction despite acknowledging that she was "not bad looking." The review indicates a standard two-call system, but the overall experience falls short of expectations. There are no positive aspects mentioned, and the absence of favorable feedback underscores a significant gap in service quality. Overall, the sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, reflecting a need for improvement in both representation and customer satisfaction.
