Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Erika, highlighting a lack of clarity and communication issues. While one reviewer notes that the advertisement's picture was impressive and found it easy to contact the company, these positives are overshadowed by complaints about language barriers and problems encountered during the appointment process. The reviewer mentions difficulties with directions and routine calls, indicating a lack of organization and support. Overall, the experience seems frustrating, with the reviewer feeling that the service did not meet expectations. Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback, it appears that Erika has considerable room for improvement in its communication and service delivery.
