Reviewers express disappointment with Carmen and Tammy, highlighting significant issues with the massage services provided. One customer notes that while the initial email communication was quick and efficient, the quality of the massage did not meet expectations. Additionally, there are concerns regarding the authenticity of the provider's images, leading to feelings of being misled. The lack of personal interaction beyond the receptionist further detracts from the overall experience.
