Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Sunny, highlighting issues with reliability and communication. Both customers report experiences from April 2009, noting that appointments were poorly managed, with one reviewer mentioning a delay of over 30 minutes before the service provider called to reschedule. Additionally, there are complaints about receiving the wrong person for the service, which led to confusion and unmet expectations regarding pricing. While one reviewer mentioned a discount offered for the inconvenience, it did little to improve their overall experience. The lack of clear communication and punctuality appears to be a recurring theme in these reviews. Overall, the sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, reflecting a need for improvement in service reliability and customer satisfaction.
