Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Natalie, highlighting a lack of positive experiences. The only review available indicates that the customer was unable to see their usual providers and opted to try Natalie instead. However, the reviewer found the flat rate charged by Natalie to be a point of contention, suggesting that the pricing may not align with expectations or perceived value. While the apartment location was noted as easy to find, this minor positive does little to offset the overall negative sentiment. The absence of additional positive feedback further emphasizes the dissatisfaction among consumers. Overall, the feedback indicates a strong discontent with the service provided by Natalie.
