Reviewers generally express a positive experience with Lacy, highlighting the quality of the massage services provided. Many customers appreciate the ease of scheduling, noting that the staff is responsive and accommodating, which enhances the overall experience. One reviewer mentions being able to get an appointment without prior scheduling, indicating a level of flexibility that is valued.
