Reviewers express significant disappointment with Kiki, highlighting a lack of authenticity in the service provided. One customer notes that the individual they met was "obviously not the girl in the picture," indicating a mismatch between expectations and reality. While the reviewer mentions that it was easy to get in touch and schedule an appointment, this positive aspect is overshadowed by the overall dissatisfaction. The experience did not meet the customer's hopes, leading to a low rating of 2 out of 5 stars. The absence of clear positives in other reviews further emphasizes the negative sentiment surrounding the company. Overall, Kiki struggles to deliver on its promises, resulting in a largely unfavorable impression.
