Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Kai, highlighting a frustrating experience during the setup process. One customer, JAKE1980US, notes that it took an excessive amount of time to get everything arranged, which served as a warning sign. Upon arrival, the delays continued, as the provider took a long time to answer the door, leading to thoughts of leaving before the appointment even began. Unfortunately, there are no positive aspects mentioned in the review, indicating a lack of satisfactory service or product quality. Overall, the feedback reflects a negative sentiment, with customers feeling that their time was not respected and the experience was disappointing.
