Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Jenna, labeling the service as a "total rip off." The only review highlights a concerning experience where the initial phone interaction seemed friendly, but the reality upon arrival was disappointing, with a different person showing up than expected. This inconsistency raises red flags about the reliability of the service. Customers are advised to be cautious when engaging with Jenna, as the promise of no surprises does not hold true in practice. Overall, the lack of positive feedback and the strong negative sentiment indicate a troubling experience for consumers.
