Reviews for Iris present a mixed sentiment, with an average rating of 3.0 out of 5. Customers note that the provider is young, cute, and friendly, which contributes positively to the overall experience. However, the quality of the massage is described as merely "ok," indicating that it may not meet everyone's expectations. Reviewers also mention the provider's accommodating nature, although some find her to be spacey and scatterbrained, leading to a less engaging interaction. The environment, specifically the hotel room, is criticized for being messy, which detracts from the overall ambiance. While there are some redeeming qualities, such as the accurate representation of the provider's appearance, the lack of a strong connection and the average service may leave some consumers hesitant to return. Overall, the feedback reflects a neutral sentiment.
