Was in SLC on business and fouund Desiree on BP. Made arrangements for her to come to my hotel and she said she could be their in about 45 minutes. She ended up arriving about 1 1/2 hours later although she did call and to say she was delayed.

Reviewers express a mixed experience with Desiree, highlighting a notable delay in service. One customer mentions that after making arrangements for a visit, the provider promised to arrive in 45 minutes but ultimately took 1.5 hours to show up. While there are no specific positive aspects or critical themes clearly identified in the reviews, the service does seem to be available for those in need. However, the significant wait time may deter potential customers looking for prompt service. Overall, the feedback suggests a need for improvement in timeliness, leading to a neutral sentiment regarding the company's offerings.
