Autumn Reviews

Reviewers express mixed feelings about Autumn, highlighting both convenience and dissatisfaction. One customer appreciates the ease of setting up an appointment via text, noting it was a nice and convenient experience. However, this positive is overshadowed by significant complaints regarding the overall service quality. Another reviewer mentions that despite the appealing physical attributes of the staff, they were ultimately disappointed and do not plan to return. The lack of clear positives in the reviews suggests that while the booking process may be user-friendly, the service itself does not meet expectations. Overall, the sentiment leans negative, reflecting a need for improvement in service quality.
