I made an evening appointment with Gabriella. When I arrived, they said Gabriella couldn't make it, but Veronica was available. I think they neglected to call Gabriella--the women who run these places are not particularly nice to their co-workers. If you're not on-site, your SOL, unless each uses their own cell phone to set up appointments. Veronica was lovely, and gave a darn good Reiki, which approached a LMT massage in pressure, thoroughness, and quality. I'll repeat.
