Wanted a hookup with Sakura after reading her reviews. E-mailed her and finally got a confirmed appointment after a few failed attempts. She screens fairly strongly. That wasn't a deal but her rates went up slightly between the first time we e-mailed back and forth and when I finally had a confirmed day.
