Set up appointment via text, and agreed to a time. Was directed to a Salon Suites standalone building near a mall in Fort Worth, and received the suite # when I texted after I was parked. I entered the building, found the suite number and was let in to a dark suite decorated like a spa with a white massage table in the center. Kay was wearing yoga pants and a workout top, and welcomed me to get comfortable, wash my hands, and lay face down. I laid down the donation (I find doing that up front puts providers at ease), and she... VIP's read on. Non-VIPs: I can recommend and have been back several times since the quality of the massage was so good, but there are no additional menu items.
