Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Lovely, with a single review rating it 3 out of 5 stars. The reviewer mentions encountering some communication issues, as the provider's phone was malfunctioning, leading to a reliance on text messages for coordination. Additionally, the directions provided to the meeting location were described as strange, which may have contributed to a less than smooth experience. However, there are no clear positives or negatives highlighted in the review, leaving a lack of specific themes regarding service quality or customer satisfaction. Overall, the feedback indicates a mixed experience with no strong sentiments either way.
