Reviewers express a mixed experience with Kayla, noting that while the service provided was satisfactory, it did not align with the expectations set by the advertisement. One customer highlights that the service was good initially but was marred by upselling tactics, which detracted from the overall experience. There are no clear positive themes emerging from the reviews, and the lack of additional feedback suggests a limited perspective on the company's offerings. The absence of negative comments indicates that while the service may not have been exceptional, it did not leave a negative impression either. Overall, the sentiment reflects a neutral stance, with room for improvement in aligning services with advertised promises.
