Need to start by saying I've seen Kourtney close to half a dozen times over the last couple months. Kourtney is the beautiful girl in the photos and has a spectacular body. Her 100% real tits are close to perfection as far as I'm concerned however I prefer natural ones over the fakes that stand at attention.
