Terra and I traded emails while I was in Austin for business. She was very flexible with my hectic schedule. Called her about an hour before I was available and she was able to make it to my hotel.

My appointment was at 10, but she called and said she was running 20 minutes late, and it was 10:30 before she got there. She called me when she was parking at my hotel to tell me she was here.
