Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Eliza, with a single review rating it 3 out of 5 stars. The setup process is noted as easy, with clear communication regarding room details. However, the review does not highlight any specific positive attributes or critical issues, leaving a lack of concrete feedback on staff attitude, service quality, or any fees. The mention of a smoke smell in the room could imply a potential concern for some customers. Overall, the feedback does not lean strongly in either direction, reflecting a mixed experience.
