Reviewers express a mixed sentiment towards Diamond, with a notable lack of clear positives or negatives. One customer describes their experience as average, rating it 3 out of 5 stars. They mention that the provider seemed inexperienced, likening her demeanor to that of a new intern. This suggests a potential issue with staff training or familiarity with the services offered. However, the review does not highlight any specific complaints or positive aspects, leaving a vague impression of the company's overall performance. As such, the feedback indicates a need for improvement in staff competence and service delivery. Overall, the sentiment remains neutral, reflecting an average experience.
