Reviewers express significant disappointment with Lacey, primarily due to misleading advertising. One customer notes that the photo in the Craigslist ad was very cute, but upon arrival, the individual did not resemble the image at all, describing her as "very flabby." This discrepancy between the advertisement and reality has led to a lack of trust among consumers. Additionally, while the staff did answer the phone and provided directions, the overall experience was marred by the false representation. There are no positive aspects highlighted in the reviews, indicating a complete dissatisfaction with the service. Overall, Lacey receives a negative sentiment from its sole reviewer.
