Reviewers express a mixed sentiment about Nola, highlighting both positive and negative aspects. One customer notes that the staff member was punctual and friendly, which reflects well on the company's service. However, the experience is marred by the condition of the hotel room, described as dirty, indicating a potential issue with cleanliness. This suggests that while the staff may provide good service, the quality of accommodations may not meet expectations. Overall, the feedback reveals a need for improvement in maintaining room standards, despite the positive interaction with the staff. The overall sentiment leans towards neutral, with room for enhancement in service quality.
