Reviewers express a generally positive experience with Rose, highlighting her availability and welcoming demeanor. One customer appreciates the quick response time, noting that Rose was able to accommodate a next-day appointment and greeted them with a smile. However, another reviewer describes the interaction as somewhat mechanical and lacking personal connection, suggesting a more business-like approach. Despite this critique, the overall sentiment remains favorable, with consumers acknowledging the relaxing nature of the service. While there are hints of inconsistency regarding Rose's name and approach, the positive aspects of her responsiveness and the inviting atmosphere stand out. Overall, the reviews reflect a satisfactory experience with room for improvement in personal engagement.
