I've used this Agency before and have never been disappointed but Stephanie was definitely a miss hit for me personally. I still have faith that they have great girls so maybe it was just me.

Stefanie is an incall provider in Philadelphia working through an agency. Reviewers describe her as better looking than her photos, with a pleasant attitude and adequate English; one notes she speaks Spanish. Booking through the agency is reported to be easy. Opinions are mixed, with one client calling the experience a miss while others describe a great incall and a sweet provider.
