I have been seeing Mandie for almost a year and she is a super person. She can be a little scatter-brained and is usually running late but once you are with her she really makes it worth your time. She is trying to get her act together and get more organized. She is a wonderful GFE and when you get to know her she REALLY makes you feel special. She is beautiful and knows how to show you a good time. VERY worth your time & money even if you have to wait

I had read some positive things about Mandie and I thought both her older and more recent photos were attractive. initial connection was via email, along with which I provided references. Mandie was quick to respond and, while I was not able to schedule something immediately, she agreed to a pre-screening in order to afford me an easy time to schedule in the future. I had some last minute time open up, and Mandie was available on short notice to see me in her North Philadelphia incall location. Although things didn't exactly go as planned in terms of the agreed arrival time (Mandie needed an extra 30 minutes to ready herself), when we finally met, it was nice to see an attractive, girl-next-door type waiting for me in lingerie.

If I was a Bird of all the nests I could think of there's only one I would crash land with all my feathers off Mandie's .The kind of Person when you pull up her driveway you just feel like saying HONEY I'M HOME lmao she's awesome.

Set up was easy. I needed a late appointment on short notice, and she accomodated. Place is tucked away on a very private street

I have seen Mandie years ago, this was the first time in about 10 years. She now hosts at her place - which is a little run down, but nice enough. She is still in great shape - had a kid and bounced back. Great body. She is super nervous with new people, so be prepared for her to be slow to start with. But all in all she is a sweetheart - I will visit again.

Mandie offers a true girl next door experience. I found it to be enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing. She has an affordable price in a neighborhood location, making her a decent choice for quick and easy GFE. Her incall appears a little messy on the outside, but the room is clean and comfortable. Mandie is an attractive girl, humble, modest and a little shy. Her signature service is kissing. I've seen her describe herself as "Kissable Mandie" or "Candlelight GFE"; both are very good descriptions of her service. If you are looking for wild and crazy fantasy dream date, this may not be your girl; but for an affordable, relaxing neighborhood lover, Mandie is good choice. I've seen her twice, and I hope to become a regular.

Had noticed her ad and read reviews. She hasn't been around for a while and decided to check her out. Nice girl but experience was a little strange. Not sure if i would repeat.

Saw Mandie post a couple of times she had decent review so I thought I would give her a try. Email for an appointment, she responded rather quickly and set up for a the next day late afternoon. She later emailed back with location and contact information. NE location, safe area. The place does look a bit run down. All and all a good experience, I will repeat.

Having seen her reviews and her web site I decided to go for it. Dropped email initially and she was more then happy to set things up. I got her number and she texted me her address. Real nice area of Philly kind of the burbs. Got to the house and I rang the bell as per her instructions. A bit older girl then the web site pics showed up in a low cut shirt open the door and let me in. Still nice looking so we went to her room. Non vips...she's worth it.

I had a hard time setting up some thing with mandie. It took me almost 2 weeks to get to see her. Our schdules could not come together not all her fault. I had trouble finding her home but finally found the address. Rang doorbell she answered in gym shorts & led me up to the second floor bedroom not a very clean house & smelled of smoke. Finally in the bed room I stripped as she did also VIP members read on. Will not see her again !!!!!

This was my third Philly girl in 3 days and I was happy but exhausted! I was intrigued by Mandie's innocense on her pictures....I couldn't wait to meet her! Ok...I was also moved by the many reviews---the reason I LOVE TER! I rang the bell and there she was...funny---and not bad at all, just not what I was expecting!

Thought I would check out mandie.. She is sweet and a real fun girl.. Highly recommended GFE

I've seen Mandie a few times in the past. Always had a good time with her, but TIME is an operative term. Time spent with her is good, Time spent waiting for her is annoying. Anyway, I saw that she had posted the she had availability and to send her an email if interested. Well, email is not always the most efficient, so it took a few hours to connect, but we made an appointment for that evening at her location. It appears to me that she now has an new & improved incall location.

Mandie is not very punctual, but she's worth the wait. Whatever time you settle on, don't count on the session really starting until almost an hour later. She really is a sweet girl, however, once you finally do get to meet her and talk.

Mandie is very much the girl next door. She is easy to get a hold of and was very friendly making the appointment. She is also very sensual.
