I made two attempts to see Madalyn. On the first, I drove over an hour and had just paid for metered parking when I was informed that she had to cancel due to an emergency. When I asked why I wasn't notified, they responded that they had texted me but my burner app isn't synced up to my car so that I would see the message in time. When I shared that my time had been wasted and they should've called, they apologized and agreed. I have no problem with the agency overall but have to place some of the blame on Madalyn who confirmed our appointment 2-3 hours prior to me heading there but failed to notify the agency that she was canceling until I was en route.
