Texted her to meet up, and was given directions to her apt. Called her when I got there and she dropped the keys from the window. Door was left open and I arrived to the girl in the ad.

I decided to schedule an appointment with her after seeing her ads. She was available quickly and I met her at her location. She's the woman in the ads. I got what I wanted out of it and will repeat to explore other options.
