Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Brooklyn, highlighting issues with reliability and communication. One customer recounts a frustrating experience where a scheduled appointment was delayed by over two hours, despite prior assurances. The lack of punctuality appears to be a recurring theme, as the provider failed to meet the expected timeframe. Additionally, there are concerns regarding the accuracy of advertised services, with the reviewer questioning the authenticity of the photos used in promotions. Overall, the experience reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and customer service. With no positive feedback noted, the sentiment is overwhelmingly negative.
