April Reviews

Reviewers express a mixed experience with April, highlighting both positive and critical aspects. One customer appreciates the quick callback when booking an outcall, noting that the provider arrived on time with a friend. This efficiency seems to be a strong point for the company. However, another reviewer mentions a lack of warmth from the staff, describing the provider as distant and focused solely on the task at hand, which detracted from the overall experience. While the promptness in service is commendable, the staff's attitude could benefit from a more personable approach. Overall, April receives a balanced sentiment, with strengths in speed but room for improvement in staff engagement.
