We arranged to meet in a city that she listed as visiting on her "Tour Schedule." After making solid arrangements via email to meet on a certain date, a $100 deposit via an Amazon gift card was sent. She even responded and attempted to get me to send the full payment in advance. Sometime during the next day, she changed her "Tour Schedule" to a date outside of the date we had arranged. I attempted to email her concerning the change and there was no response. I then tried to text her and she responded, but as soon as she knew who I was she stopped responding.
