Jewels was recommended by another provider so I took a chance on her. In hind sight, I should've passed. I called her and she said she wasn't available until later in the evening. She promised she'd call me back by 6:00. Finally at 6:30, I called her back. She told me she was walking her dog but she was on her way home and would be on her way to see me shortly. An hour and a half later, I called her back and she told me she'd just left and would be at my place in 30 minutes.
