First, I have to say my experience with Kristen was one of the top two I've ever had with a provider. I contacted Kristen through her P411 mailbox one morning asking her for a time later that evening. She texted me back late in the afternoon, and after a couple of texts back and forth, we arranged the time. Later that evening, she knocked on my door right on time.
