Seen Mackenzie a couple times...Average massage, but the job gets done...I' ve went back hoping for a little extra from her, but to no avail...As always YMMV...

Reviews for Mackenzie reveal a predominantly negative experience among customers. Many express disappointment with the quality of service, noting that the massages are merely average and fail to meet expectations. One reviewer mentions that despite returning for a second visit, they did not receive any improvement in service. Another critic highlights a lack of professionalism, citing distractions from the staff, including leaving the room multiple times and using a cell phone during the session. The phrase "YMMV" (your mileage may vary) appears in both reviews, suggesting that experiences can differ significantly, but overall, the sentiment leans heavily towards dissatisfaction. With no clear positives emerging from the feedback, Mackenzie struggles to leave a favorable impression on its clientele.
