Standard two call system, first text to set up appointment, second text to confirm. The provider looks like her pictures in the face but not in the body, because the pictures are definitely old, she did provid the agreed upon services and was very nice just not like her pics. A text went to her VM so may has well call although we did some texting after the appt was set. She looks great with her clothes on and it was well worth the trip. There were other people at the house so if you're uncomfortable with that don't go. Otherwise well worth the money.
