TOFTT - would not visit again. Rushed. Phone rang off the hook and she answered. She just doesn't want to be doing this.

We're all about transparency. Providers and establishments can't pay to alter or remove reviews from Top Ten Reviews.
Reviewers express disappointment with their experiences at Paris / Brooke, highlighting a lack of engagement from the staff. One customer notes that the provider appeared disinterested and seemed to want to be elsewhere, while another criticizes the rushed service and frequent interruptions, such as phone calls being answered during appointments. The overall sentiment reflects a sense of dissatisfaction, with no positive aspects clearly emerging from the reviews. The common theme of staff attitude suggests that consumers feel undervalued and that their time is not respected. Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback, it is clear that improvements are needed in both service quality and staff engagement. Overall, the sentiment is decidedly negative.
