I tried to make an appointment via the web site but it did not register. I called about a week prior to her scheduled arrival when I did not get an email confirmation. They are very nice and it is easy to set up an appointment. In the morning I called and I got the location. With my on time arrival my call to the service resulted with my room number. I had seen Mayas ad on TCs website for a bit and one day decided to pull the trigger on it. I love dealing with TC, the 2 call system is simple and efficient. I arrived at her hotel room in the late afternoon/early evening and was pleasantly surprised when she answered the door.
