Kelly / Bailey Reviews

Reviewers express a mixed experience with Kelly / Bailey, highlighting both positive and neutral aspects. One customer appreciates the patience of the staff, specifically noting that Kelly was accommodating when they arrived late due to traffic, which reflects a commendable level of customer service. The typical two-call system is mentioned, indicating a standard procedure that some find acceptable. However, another reviewer describes their experience as "typical" and suggests that it didn't fully meet their expectations, hinting at a lack of standout features. Overall, while there are positive notes regarding staff attitude and the appointment process, the mixed feedback suggests that improvements could be made to enhance the overall experience. The sentiment leans slightly positive, but there is room for growth.
